Jeff VanOrnam replied to both Wayne and Ursula: Seems that's pretty common. I have big balls as well. He is the father of A LOT of community cats around here. He is now TNR'd, and I call him still call him Balls. The coolest part is he used to be impossible to pet because of the scabs and gashes on his head and neck. Now he is soft and smooth.

But they always left him to roam as he pleased and he wasn't fixed. So I hoodwinked him because he was always at my house and got him snipped but not tipped so they wouldn't know he was super sweet and I loved and cared for him like my own cat. Eventually he moved away with his family but at least he was fixed!
