About Us

Our Story

Brandi & Sydney Sherman (mother-daughter team) and Gilbert Romero began Fresno T.N.R in November 2022 to meet the unmet needs of Fresno and the surrounding areas with the Feral and Community cat populations. With the partnership of Dogwood Animal Rescue we have been able to help Feral and Community Cats get the necessary spays and neuters at an affordable price. We became a 501(c)3 in May of 2023 which has given us more opportunities for donations and educating the public. We now have Cassie Garcia, Project Manager, Savannah Hill, South Valley Project Manager  and Kris Thompson, Secretary to help with cat colonies and fundraising.

Our Work

Fresno and the surrounding areas are in a desperate need of spay and neuter services. We are contacted daily for desperate community members trying to find somewhere to get cats spayed and neutered at an affordable cost. Cats are dropped off at a central location and transported to local veterinarians who offer appointments to Fresno T.N.R.

Mission Statement

Our purpose is to alleviate suffering in the Feral Cat population by means of education and T.N.R. Our intent is to be available, when possible, to assist individuals and businesses with sterilization for community and domestic cats.

Due to the overpopulation of kittens we are in a crisis for partners, volunteers, donations and forever home placements. We are looking to expand our relationships with agencies who would want to partner with Fresno TNR as a 501(c)3 for low cost spay, neuter and vaccines.
